A question if I may. If 4 community cards are showing and the round of betting is completed. If someone turns over two of their hole cards and declares then as his hand before the final community card if dealt.

What happens?

The person who turned the cards up did it by mistake however they had the nuts, a straight flush. Does game contuine or do all players get their bets back??

Thank you.

Interesting site, keep up the good work.

Harry, as far as I know it depends on the tourney rules. Some kick you out if you show your cards too early, no matter what.

Generally the players cards are left face up, the player mucks and the game continues.

Great site based around Omaha. We pretty much are aiming for the same thing with our site however based around the game of Stud poker and it’s different variations!

I hope we can continue to raise the awareness of these games and build more online poker player traffic users playing a game rather than Texas Hold’em!

Harry,

The action continues at the river. The players do not get their bets back. The players that has the nuts may get a warning or a penalty depending on whether this is a cash game or tourney, but the hand will continue as normal.
